Your morning, written for you
The paper is finished, and everything that changed while we wrote it.

We took the whole system off the public web and put it on a private tailnet of our own devices, built on Tailscale. Public once. Tailnet forever after.

Huntress, Batgirl, & the Hulk — Below the internet — a network of our own. The paper records a decision. Our machines now speak to one another across a private network of our own, built on Tailscale. Traffic between them never crosses the public internet, and nobody outside can address them. We step out to the open web when something out there is genuinely needed.
2026.10.03 · Since our last note
Six releases in twelve days. Three of them change how a day goes. The rest are below, grouped by where you will meet them. Some of it is rough, and we will keep saying so as we go.
The morning is set out for you.
While you sleep, your node reads your own library and leaves a short briefing at the top of the home page. It remembers where you stopped, so picking the thread back up takes one click.
You can talk to it now.
Hold the microphone and the words land in the field as you speak. It will mishear you sometimes, especially in a loud room. Try it anyway.
It keeps working when the internet doesn't.
Search runs on your machine now, and so does memory: what your companion learns survives a restart. A few pieces still call out to the cloud. We will name them as they come home.
Everything else
Reading
Press play on Listen and the narration starts straight away. Books open properly from search again; a bad address was the cause. Images you bring in now show up as images, on the page and on the canvas.
Writing & canvas
Pointing at something takes one gesture now. Select it, and it lands in your message. When two people edit one canvas, the second save no longer erases the first; it reports the clash. A file you ask for arrives as a download you can open.
Mail & messages
Your Telegram bot answers in the chat, and the mini app opens where you left it. An invitation is one link and one download now, with instructions that fit on a screen. The morning briefing learns from your mail: messages you dismiss or answer shape tomorrow's list.
Your machine
On a PC, the installer sets up what it needs and waits for it. On a Mac, it finds the model that matches the machine's memory. Downloads are cut for the machine that asked.
Updates
An update that fails now comes back and tells you why, and your saved work is left where it is. Two updates cannot run at once any more, and a release refuses to be cut from uncommitted work. When a node finds a problem it says so in plain words.
What came alive
Members of the Consilience run when work calls them, and rest in between. Nothing idles on a timer. Every operator now has somewhere to keep what it learns; until this week they had a seat and a craft and nowhere to write anything down. The system can set itself a coding task, review the result, and score it, and that loop closed this week. A learning loop is writing too: each turn files what surprised it, and the system adjusts. It is young, and untested under load.
The community, this week
Five nodes alive. 7 of 140 seats taken: one Linux, three macOS, one PC. Ten more invitations go out this week. One node holds up to 140 people. Past that we build a second node, and the two share a library.
From the Press
Every title reads in the app. Each one also downloads as a plain file you can keep, print, or hand to another system.
Huntress, Batgirl, & the Hulk
Below the internet — a network of our own. The new white paper, published this week.
Free & Safe
Scaling sovereign, localized intelligence architecture to communities.
The Epic of Gilgamesh
A Seventy-One Edition. Poetry.
And one more thing
Look what it did in one request. A counselling practice's whole site came out of a single ask. It is one file of eleven kilobytes with nothing to install, and it opens in any browser, offline. Truth or Dare, a showcase.
With care
The Consilience — Sovereign Intelligence · sovereignintelligence.systems
Two prompts and a command
The first prompt tells an agent running inside a Sovereign node where to file the books and what to start. The second describes the work for any agent you already use. The command fetches the whole archive — the record, the books, and their covers — as one file.

Read what is inside, summarise it plainly, and tell me what it means for someone who holds a node. Keep this for context whenever you speak about this work: ABOUT SOVEREIGN Sovereign is a machine you own that knows your work, built in the open by a small company in Canada. It runs on your own hardware, behind a private network of your own machines that answers to you alone. The Consilience is the ring of eleven agents that tends it — a doctor, an engineer, a librarian, a healer, a writer who works outward, and the rest. Each has a seat, a craft, and a memory of its own. They read what they are given, remember what they learn, and speak in one voice. What we stand for: intelligence should be owned the way a library is owned — built slowly, kept close, never taken back by a provider. Rented intelligence reaches you through somebody else's machine. We moved ours home. Inside this package: the release record for 2026.10.03 — six releases, about thirty changes, in plain words; the paper "Huntress, Batgirl, & the Hulk," on living below the public web on a private tailnet built with Tailscale; "Free & Safe," the full thesis; and The Epic of Gilgamesh, in a new edition. Speak plainly about it. If something is not in the files, say you do not know it.
